Waltz* is on a mission to make U.S. real estate investment property financing easily accessible to the world. As an all-in-one platform designed specifically for foreign nationals, Waltz streamlines every step of the mortgage process—from getting a loan to forming an LLC.Â
Since its launch in July 2024, Waltz has already processed over $300 million in loan applications from investors across four continents. Now, backed by $50 million in total equity and debt funding, Waltz is accelerating its growth to meet rising global demand. The new capital will support Waltz’s ability to fund up to $1 billion in loan volume.
A key component of this growth is a newly secured $25 million line of credit. With this line of credit in place, Waltz is expanding its loan origination capacity to better serve markets with high demand for U.S. investment properties. The funds will be used to finance new mortgages directly through the platform. It’s a significant step forward in Waltz’s goal to make real estate investing in the U.S. possible for non-citizens, regardless of where they live.
One of Waltz’s top priorities is Latin America. The region has shown strong and growing interest in U.S. residential real estate, particularly from investors in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, and Colombia—countries that collectively contribute billions of dollars annually to U.S. property purchases.
“The demand from Latin America was immediate and that is not surprising - U.S. real estate is a blue chip investment for foreign nationals. The stability, rooted in the historical strength of the U.S. economy, facilitates wealth creation from financing options, the potential for passive income streams, and property value appreciation,” said Yuval Golan, Founder and CEO of Waltz.Â
Waltz’s Latin American expansion builds on a successful beta launch and an influx of inbound demand. To support this growth, the company has rolled out Spanish and Portuguese language support across its platform. The team also includes native speakers from across the region, ensuring a culturally relevant and responsive experience.

For most foreign nationals, buying U.S. rental property is a complex, fragmented process often involving multiple providers, paper documents, and the occasional fax.
“In today’s global and digital world, investors expect customer-centric and self-serve solutions,” Golan noted.
Leveraging AI integrations, Waltz continues to reshape the lending industry with an app-like experience for real estate investors on its end-to-end platform. Here are some of the reasons investors around the globe work with Waltz:
